Are Arvind Kejrival & AAP the aternative which our country is looking for ? We should wait for better alternatives !!!

AK & team tried to approach APJ Abdul Kalam in April 2011 to request him to be the face of anti corruption movement, but he denied as he think that it is a possible attack on Indian democracy and a plan to un-stabilize the country. He was afraid of the fact that if this movement goes voilent none will be able to control it, then many more name came up for the face of this movement like Shri Ravi Shankar but they all denied and finally it zeroed down to Anna Hazare as he had experience of Anshans and also he was with no political ambitions (AK & team were afraid of the fact that if they make someone with political ambitions, as face of this movement their plans for getting power will ruin). Anna agreed for this movement on a term that this movement must not be used to fulfil political ambitions. AK & team made good use of Anna Hazare and finally broke the term with him and ride on to their political ambitions leaving this old man behind ho put his on life in danger during his Anshans. Most of us are under an impression that Anna started the movement for Jan Lok Pal and AK had no plans behind it, truth is AK and his team which consist of Sanjay Singh, Manish Sisodiya and others started this movement for getting long term political gains. Actually the first thing decided was to set a stage for getting into politics and power using some issue. First they had a divided opinion on the issue of the movement...some suggested ' Right to Recall' ...some suggested ' Electoral Reforms'...and some suggeted 'Jan Lokpal'...finally they decided it on Jan lok pal.....I dont want to prove here that they did wrong by coming into politics but lying to the public for two years, playing with the life of an old truthful man (same which the so called Samjvadi and communist partins did in 1970s with Jaya Prakash Narayan), and play with their emotions cant be termed as right. Congress and BJP are doing the same since long time so what new AK & Team did. "Birds of same feather flock together" . Now these people were not satisfied by getting a state government, so instead of working for people they started working towards Lok Sabha Polls by doing all this SACRIFICE sort of drama. They must have concentrate on AAM AADMI's progress than on Mukesh Ambani (I believe Mukesh might have denied to donate them). There were thousands of issues other than Jan Lok Pal which they could have worked for and do good for the people but they chose to run away from a State stage to get screened on National stage and even a idiot in this country can tell that AAP can't form a government in Center and will not be able to pass Jan Lok Pal....... Jai Ho ! Hindustan......
Note - I know its quite big for a post, but I just want that my friends & people who supports AK & AAP should re-consider their support....Our country is in desperate need of change in political system but it is not that change which we should opt for...kuye se nikal kar khayi me koodna smajhdari nahi kehlata....we can wait for a better alternative.....

Engineering-A Definition

How do we define engineering? Engineering is an art of finding solution to the real world problems. Its not about reading the history but about making the future.
Are students realizing this definition by any means these days. They opt for engineering so that they could get a good job. They just mug up every thing put before them without asking a single question. They might think why to waste time in asking question when they can mug up several questions in that time and get good grades.
We just can't put all the blame on our students . They are given such environment by parents, by teachers, by everyone surrounding them. Parents just keep them realizing the importance of getting a good job so that they can live a prosperous life, teachers keep them realizing the importance of mugging up several important questions to get good marks in the exams.
Where this mentality is taking our students which are the future of this country? How many of us understands the need of a practical learning based education system? Who is responsible for this lame education system?
Everyday several students comes to me with their problems. All of them have the same story, they are never inspired to do something practically, neither they were ever given time to do such things by them self.
Yesterday I met a teacher who didn't get his salary since last few months as students complaint against him for not getting the outputs of the practicals done in the lab. Teacher is no doubt wrong but wasn't it a good opportunity for the students to take a chance of working on raw circuits and design something which could give proper output. And is getting the output is so important that you escape from the learning process involved in getting that.

Difference between learning and Evolution

Let me start this blog with a post describing the title of this blog. I believe every human understands the things via two ways:
1. Learning i.e. he learns from the pre-set examples & theories.
2. Evolution i.e. whatever knowledge he got through learning is used to generate new thoughts and ideas and in turn ideology.

There can be a big debate on this topic that which is more important learning or evolution. I should say both are equally important and one is obsolete without the other. As evolution can not start without learning and it evolution process is not happening then learning makes no sense.

How we add this theory to the technical knowledge environment? As we read lot of books and lot of other materials during our academic, we do practicals in labs which always have a pre-defined procedure. Getting knowledge through this process is learning. But what if evolution don't takes place i.e. we dont apply this knowledge to our daily works or for some more productive work, all the knowledge came through learning will become obsolete and becomes waste in course of time. So its necessary to keep thinking and evolving your ideas.

A quote in this respect:
" When person starts dreaming thought occurs and when person start thinking he trigger the evolution."
